      Freesbis or games with discs became popular in 40ies. The first freesbiers were students who played with tin plates used by Frisbie Pie Company. Later plastic discs were manufactured and called 'freesbie'. The letter 'i' in the original name was changed for "ee" to avoid judicial suits. with the pie company. Now dogs are also fascinated by plastic discs and run and jump for them for hours.

     Federation mondiale de berger belge held its traditional championship. This year in Koper, Slovenia. Belgian shepherd dogs from all over the world came to this city on the Adriatic sea shore and brought there their masters, instructors and handlers. For four May days Belgian shepherd dogs participated in mondioring, agility, IPO and obedience competitions.  Next step - World cup in Autumn.
