Happy end of an after flood dog's adventure

       We got this nice labrador at night during the great flood in Obrenovac (Serbia). The dog felt lost and lonely and did not want to eat for a couple of days. She was a nice big girl, very well socialized. We chose right food for her, walked a lot and talked to her. At last we became friends. We called her Lara. However it was not her name she accepted it soon. Meanwhile we tried to find her owners, a lot of people were involved in it. Nearly a month passed since the flood and the story got it's happy end. Good luck, Lara!

Apelujemo da, ukoliko vidite životinje u nevolji, i njima pružite svoju pomoć u ovom treškom trenutku!!! Prethodnih dana, širom Srbije su njeni mnogi građani pokazali da uprkos svemu, ne zaboravljaju svoje najvernije prijatelje!

Udruženja su spremna da učestvuju u koordinaciji aktivnosti, spašavanja životinja, a mnogobrojni sugrađani su ponudili pomoć oko privremenog smeštaja za ljubimce dok su njihovi vlasnici u prihvatnim centrima. U Mikser house-u u Karađorđevoj 46 prikuplja se hrana za životinje sa nastradalog područja do 22h.

10-ak studenata Veterinarskog fakulteta se samoorganizovalo, prikupilo hranu za životinje i odnelo do sabirnih centara po Beogradu. I danas će nastaviti sa akcijom od 14 do 19 h, okupljanje je kod Veterinarskog fakulteta u Beogradu. ‪#‎Poplave‬

CACIB Irig 14.07.2013

On Sunday July 14 an International dogs exhibition was held in the National park Frushka gora near Irig (Serbia) - CACIB. The organisation of the show was super.Our herder (Dutch shepherd dog - Holandski ovcar) Gina ( 2 years) got "excellent".

          When we came to Serbia one of the priority issue we faced was to find a new instructor and decoy for our dogs. It’s not no easy task as mondioring is not very popular in Serbia. However we were lucky to meet a professional instructor and decoy, an owner of a sport dog center “Balkanika”  Dushko Jovanovich. We resumed our training and our mali made the next step in defense education – attack on the arm.

           Mondioring is a very dynamic and exciting kind of cynological sport, which develops many useful skills. Hope  it'll gain popularity in Serbia.
